- We are an on the go family of four who have just moved to the Nashville area. We were born and raised in Knoxville so even though it is only a 2.5 hour move, it is a HUGE change!

i was going to email and ask if they were gone yet. I thought this was the month. Have you stopped rubbing your tongue over your nice smooth teeth yet? Better yet, have you hit starbucks for a great hot coffee?
Joy -Sorry no pictures! I have avoid being in front of the camera at all costs!
Aimee - I cried when I looked in the mirror the first time at the dentist. I was so happy they were gone. I really, really hated them. It was a vanity thing.
I now wear a retainer 99% of the time BUT I can take it off for small amounts of time which I do when I am around a lot of people. I just now need to get used to not being self conscious about my smile. For over a year I was so self conscious about it. I keep forgetting they are gone and I can do a big smile now. When I remember the moment is gone. It will take some getting used too! I am thrilled!
